Privacy Policy
Last modified: August 20, 2026
1. About this policy
Adnuvio ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and recognizes that it matters. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, processing, use, and transfer of data — including Personal Data as defined below — from individuals who visit or otherwise interact with our website at adnuvio.com (the "Website") and from customers of our services ("you", "your").
This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service (the "Terms") and of any other agreement that references it, and it governs the collection, processing, and transfer of data in connection with the Website and our services, in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy law. Terms used but not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms.
Adnuvio provides access to advertising accounts held under an agency structure across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Reddit, and Pinterest, together with compliance review and account support. Much of the data described below is collected because a Media Platform, a payment provider, or applicable law requires it before an account can be provisioned or funded.
Our services are offered from the United States and are directed to business customers in the United States. This policy is written to United States federal and state privacy law, and we do not direct or market the services to individuals in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area.
2. Policy amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. The most recent version will always be posted on this page, and the update date will be reflected in the "Last modified" heading above. In the event of a material change we will make best efforts to send you a written notification, and where applicable law requires it, we will obtain your consent. Any amendment becomes effective within 30 days of the modified policy being displayed. We recommend you review this Privacy Policy periodically so that you understand our current practices.
3. Contact information
If you have any question or comment about this Privacy Policy, or wish to exercise any of the rights described in it, email us at hello@adnuvio.com and we will make an effort to reply within a reasonable timeframe, and in any event within the period required by applicable law.

4. What we collect & why
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect two types of data.
4.1. Non-Personal Data
During your interaction with the Website we may collect aggregated, non-personal, non-identifiable information made available or gathered through your access to and use of the Website ("Non-Personal Data"). This may include aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device, such as browser or device type, operating system type and version, language preference, time and date stamp, and country-level location.
4.2. Personal Data
We may also collect individually identifiable information — information that identifies an individual, or that could with reasonable effort be used to identify an individual ("Personal Data" or "Personal Information").
If we combine Personal Data with Non-Personal Data, the combined information is treated as Personal Data for as long as it remains combined.
We do not knowingly collect or process data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, nor genetic data, biometric data, or data concerning a person's health, sex life, or sexual orientation ("Special Categories of Personal Data"). Please do not send us such data in support messages or verification documents.
4.3. What we process, and on what basis
The table below sets out the categories of Personal Data we collect, the purpose for which we use each category, and the sources it comes from.
| Data set | Purpose of use | Categories of source |
|---|---|---|
| Online identifiers & telemetry. When you interact with the Website we collect and generate online identifiers such as your IP address, together with information about your behaviour on the Website — pages viewed, clickstream data, and access timestamps. | To operate the Website and enable its proper functioning, for security and fraud prevention, for debugging, and to resolve technical problems — for example, to confirm that a request comes from a real person rather than an automated agent. | Collected automatically from your browser and device when you use the Website. |
| Account information. Name, business name, role, email address, phone number, and your Telegram handle, together with any additional information supplied during registration and onboarding. | To create and administer your account, to authenticate you, to provide account management and support, to send operational communications about the service, and — where permitted — to send occasional promotional and marketing emails ("Direct Marketing"). | Provided by you at registration and during onboarding. |
| Verification & compliance documentation. Business registration details, identity or ownership documents, and any other material a Media Platform or applicable law requires before an account can be provisioned. | To verify your identity and that of your business, to provision accounts under our agency structure, and to meet know-your-customer, sanctions, and anti-fraud obligations. | Provided by you, and where applicable confirmed with verification, sanctions-screening, or fraud-prevention providers. |
| Advertising material. Offers, creatives, ad copy, landing page URLs, and related material submitted for compliance review, together with the outcome of that review. | To carry out compliance review before and during campaign delivery, to submit material to a Media Platform for its own review, and to maintain a record of what was approved and when. | Provided by you when you submit material for review. Review outcomes are generated by us and by the Media Platforms. |
| Payment information. Name, billing address, phone number, and payment details. We do not collect or store full card numbers — payments are handled by third-party payment processors. | For billing, to enable you to use the services, and to record top-up amounts, methods, and timestamps as part of your balance history. | Provided by you, and received from our third-party checkout and payment processors. |
| Communications. The content of support messages and correspondence with us by email, Telegram, or phone. | To provide support, to keep a record of what was asked and answered, and to investigate disputes. | Provided by you through email, Telegram, or phone. |
The actual operations carried out for each purpose in the table may differ. They usually comprise a set of operations performed by automated means, such as collection, storage, use, disclosure by transmission, erasure, or destruction.
In addition, we may use certain Personal Data to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activity, fraud, misappropriation, infringement, identity theft, and any other misuse of the Website or the services; to enforce the Terms; to protect the security and integrity of our databases and services; and to take precautions against legal liability.
We do not use Personal Data for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
5. How we collect it
- Automatically — directly or indirectly as part of your use of the Website, including Non-Personal Data and online identifiers.
- Provided by you voluntarily — when you contact us, register, complete onboarding, submit verification documents, or submit advertising material for review.
- From third parties — from payment processors, from Media Platforms in connection with the accounts provisioned for you, and from fraud-prevention and verification providers.
8. Your rights
Different people have different privacy concerns and preferences. Our goal is to be clear about what Personal Data we collect so that you can make meaningful choices about how it is used. Depending on your relationship with us, your location, and the data protection laws that apply to you, you may have the following rights. To exercise any of them, email hello@adnuvio.com.
- To be informed — to be given information about our collection and privacy practices. That information is set out in this policy.
- Access — to confirm whether we hold Personal Data about you, to know what we specifically hold, and to receive a copy of it or access it.
- Rectification — to correct inaccuracies in your Personal Data, taking into account the nature and purposes of each processing activity.
- Deletion — to request erasure of certain Personal Data where the relevant conditions are met. This right is not absolute; we may decline where we must retain data to comply with a legal obligation or defend legal claims, or on other legitimate grounds including record keeping for our engagements, completing transactions, providing a service you requested, detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, debugging to identify and repair errors, or exercising or enabling free speech.
- Portability — to obtain your Personal Data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit it to another entity without hindrance. We select the format in which the copy is provided.
- To opt out — we do not "sell" or "share" information as those terms are commonly understood, and we do not use your Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- To appeal or complain — if we decline to act on your request, we will inform you without undue delay as required by applicable law. That notification will include the reason for declining and instructions on how to appeal, where applicable. See section 13 for the appeal procedure under certain US state laws and section 15 for complaints.
- Non-discrimination — we do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Discrimination would include denying a service, providing a different level or quality of service, or charging a different price. If you believe you have been treated in that way, contact us directly at hello@adnuvio.com.
Before acting on a request we will take steps to verify your identity by matching the information you provide with our records. In some cases we may request additional information to complete verification. If we cannot verify your identity after a good-faith attempt, we may deny the request, and will explain the basis for the denial and how to remedy any deficiency where applicable.
9. Where we process it
We are based in the United States and process Personal Data there. Some of our service providers, and the Media Platforms whose accounts we provision, operate internationally, so your Personal Data may be stored or processed outside the United States in the course of providing the services.
Where that happens, we require the recipient by contract to protect the data to a standard consistent with this policy and with applicable law, to use it only for the purposes we specify, and to return or delete it when it is no longer needed. You can request information about those arrangements by emailing hello@adnuvio.com.
10. Data retention
Unless you instruct us otherwise, we retain the data we collect for as long as needed to provide the applicable services and to comply with our legal obligations. We believe in data minimization and keep only the information we genuinely need, and only for the period required.
In practice, account and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable financial and tax record-keeping rules; verification and compliance review records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can respond to platform or regulatory queries; and support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve the matter and evidence what was agreed. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
11. Security
We take care in implementing and maintaining the security of your Personal Data. We employ industry-standard procedures and policies intended to keep information safe and to prevent unauthorized use, and we have implemented technical, physical, and administrative measures to protect the Personal Data we process, including access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting access to staff who need it.
Although we take reasonable steps to safeguard information, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access to or abuse the Website, and we make no warranty, express or implied, that we will always be able to prevent such access.
Please contact us at hello@adnuvio.com if you feel your privacy has not been dealt with properly or in a way that breaches this policy, or if you become aware of a third party's attempt to gain unauthorized access to your Personal Data. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and the appropriate authorities, where required by applicable law, if we discover a security incident affecting your Personal Data.
12. Eligibility & children
The Website and services are intended for business use by individuals aged 18 or over, and are not directed at children. For this purpose, "child" means an individual under the age defined by applicable law, which in the United States is under 13. We do not knowingly process children's Personal Data, and we will discard any data we receive from a user who is a child immediately on discovering that they have shared information with us. Please contact us at hello@adnuvio.com if you have reason to believe a child has shared information with us.
13. Additional notice for US residents
Residents of certain US states — acting as an individual or in a household context only, and not in a commercial or employment context, as a job applicant, or as a representative of a business — may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws and be entitled to additional disclosures. These states include, depending on the law in force, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.
Under applicable US privacy laws, "Personal Data" generally means any information linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable individual. It usually excludes publicly available information lawfully made available from government records or that a consumer has made available to the public, de-identified or aggregated consumer information, and information excluded from the scope of those laws.
"Sensitive Data" includes data revealing racial, ethnic, or national origin; religious beliefs; information about medical history, mental or physical health condition, diagnosis, or treatment; neural data; status as transgender or non-binary; sex life or sexual orientation; status as a victim of crime; citizenship or immigration status; genetic or biometric data; Personal Data collected from a known child; and precise geolocation data. We do not seek to collect Sensitive Data.
13.1. Categories collected and shared
This Privacy Policy describes the categories of Personal Data we collect and process, the purposes for which it is processed, stored, and used, and the categories of third party with whom we share it for a business purpose. See sections 4 and 7. We will not collect additional categories of Personal Data, or use the Personal Data we have collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes, without obtaining your consent, unless otherwise entitled, required, or permitted under applicable law.
13.2. "Sale" of Personal Data
Under US privacy laws, "sale" generally refers to disclosing or making Personal Data available to a third party in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration, including for targeted advertising purposes. We do not sell Personal Data, and we do not, and will not, disclose your Personal Data in direct exchange for money or any other form of payment. We do not process Personal Data for targeted advertising or for profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
13.3. Consumer rights
Subject to certain limitations, residents of those states may have the right to:
- Access — confirm whether we are processing their Personal Data and obtain a copy in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format.
- Know third parties — receive a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed their Personal Data, or any Personal Data.
- Delete — request that we delete Personal Data provided to or obtained by us.
- Correct — request that we correct inaccuracies, taking into account the nature and purposes of the processing.
- Opt out — of the "sale" of Personal Data, of targeted advertising, and of profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. As noted above, we do not engage in any of these.
- Appeal — if we decline to act in response to a privacy rights request.
- Non-discrimination — not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
13.4. Exercising these rights
You may submit a request to exercise most of your privacy rights under US state privacy law by emailing hello@adnuvio.com. We will take steps to verify your identity and your request by matching the information you provide with our records, and may request additional information where necessary. If we cannot verify your identity after a good-faith attempt, we may deny the request and will explain the basis for the denial and how to remedy any deficiency where applicable.
Authorized agents may initiate a request on behalf of another individual by contacting us at the address above. Agents are required to provide proof of their authorisation, and we may also require the consumer to verify their identity and the agent's authority directly.
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and reserve the right to extend that time where the law permits. If we refuse to act on a request, our notification will include a justification and instructions on how to appeal. Within the timeframe set by applicable law following receipt of an appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken, including a written explanation of the reasons. If an appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the applicable authority or Attorney General of your jurisdiction.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your Personal Data or a privacy request, contact us first at hello@adnuvio.com so that we have the opportunity to put it right.
If we decline to act on a request, our response will explain why and how to appeal, as described in section 13.4. If an appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Attorney General of your state or to the authority responsible for enforcing the privacy law that applies to you.
